Since purchases are handled through our reseller, Paddle.net, any changes to the email address associated with your account (whether for a subscription or lifetime license) must be made by our support team. Please follow these steps to request an email update:

Send an email from the address you originally used to make the purchase. In your email, let us know the new email address you’d like to use.If Your Original Email is No Longer Accessible
If you can’t access the original email address associated with the purchase, please include the following in your request:The invoice you received when you purchased the plugin
Proof of purchase, such as a bank statement
The last 4 digits of the card used, or if you paid via PayPal, the PayPal transaction reference number
If you have multiple licenses or accounts purchased with the same email address (for example, multiple products or licenses for different users), we cannot separate them. Updating the email address for one license will automatically update it for all associated licenses.
