If you recently updated the wpDataTables plugin or upgraded your license (e.g., switching from Lite to Pro or entering a new license key), and you no longer see your tables in the Browse Tables section—even though folders and the table count are visible—this is a common and fixable issue.
This usually occurs due to a caching conflict—either browser cache, site cache, or internal plugin data caching after reinstalling or updating wpDataTables.
It’s important to note that your tables are not deleted—they’re simply not displaying properly due to outdated or cached interface data.
Please follow these steps:
Go to Plugins in WP Admin and deactivate wpDataTables
Reactivate the plugin
Clear all site cache (from your caching plugin or hosting provider)
Hard-refresh your browser
Windows: Ctrl + F5
macOS: Cmd + Shift + R
Return to wpDataTables > Browse Tables and check if your tables appear
This should restore visibility of all previously created tables.
If the tables are still not loading after following these steps, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you further.
