What to do:
Contact your bank and confirm the transaction is legitimate
Mention you're purchasing through Paddle (our official reseller)
Ask them to approve the transaction
Once the bank clears it, your next payment attempt should succeed.
PayPal has limitations depending on the license type:
Yearly subscriptions require a PayPal account linked to a credit card
PayPal balance alone can only be used for one-time purchases (like lifetime licenses)
This is a Paddle-enforced security policy — subscriptions must be backed by a valid funding source (like a card) to support automatic renewal.
